- May 19 bought the property
- June 19 submitted planning to convert into two, one-bed flats.
- July 19 council waiting for approval of plans.
- August 19 plans approved.
- Sept 19 works commence with local tradesmen, in partnership with Tameside Council and Mosscare St Vincent.
- Dec 19 property is complete and children coming out of the care system move in to the developed apartments providing them with a pathway to independent living.
