Budgeting and Schedule
- Jan 19 bought the property
- Feb 19 renovations began with LOCAL builders. Full renovation commences
- March 19 council agreed with housing association to make the house into a HMO for the homeless
- April works are completed
- Community engagement programme activated
- May property is sold to the CSR Equity fund
- Leasehold agreed between housing association and Equity Fund to rent the property at a well below market value rent
- May 19 4 homeless people move into the property and community.
